How to order for your incarcerated loved ones?
At checkout this is how you enter inmate information:
First name enter as normal
Input inmate Last name followed by inmate # ex. Smith QH0000
Address: Processing center address
Where it say Apartment, suite, etc input Inmate DOC location ex. SCI xxx
City, state, zip enter as normal
What is our return policy?
NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES> Please follow the facility guidelines before ordering. We are not responsible for returns or refusals. You are responsible for informing us when there is a change of facility. If we are not notified before we ship your order and the facility returns the order to us, an additional shipping fee is required. Promo codes are ONLY good for pre-orders. After Pre-Order period Items are for advertised price only. NO free shipping on Pre-Orders. Magazines are considered Pre-Orders until they are printed and sometimes there will be delays. Be sure to include substitutions on your order forms. We accept all major credit cards, money orders and facility checks. You may order by mail, by phone or online. Our business hours are from 9am-5pm EST. Our website is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays. Handwritten order forms are OK. Must PRINT CLEARLY
